Currently at our school the major areas of the Australian Curriculum are:
- Humanities and Social Sciences
- The Arts
- Health and Physical Education
These learning areas are fundamental to our class programs from Foundation to Year 6.
Franklin Primary School is committed to providing a learning environment that enables students to develop a positive vision for themselves and the world in which they live. Students are taught to value diversity, act democratically and consider the consequences of scientific and technological innovations in their environment.
Students participate in weekly lessons taught by a specialist teacher. These lessons focus on participation in a range of activities that aim to develop creative, innovative, skilful and informed students.
